Sr. UX Designer

A Fortune 50 client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. UX Designer to join their Tech Enablement team. For the first three months or so the designer will work primarily on establishing a template for the readout report for the state of technology survey in PowerPoint as well as the web page where the data are reported (now and in the future). If were able to get budgetary approvals to extend the contract with this resource, then wed additionally have them participate in the survey reporting out activities. At that stage of the State of Tech (SoT) process, Id have them consume outputs from quant analyses as well as participate in synthesis of qualitative data, and wed work on figuring out the story that the data tell, and reporting it out so that its engaging to the audience. This person must have experience collaborating with development teams, attending daily stand-up meetings, wireframing, prototyping, and have a strong understanding of information architecture.

PR: $45/HR-$55/HR

- 5+ years of UX Design experience
o An interaction designer who has solid UI design (prototyping and testing) and visual design skills (layout, color, and typography)
- Experience with data visualization, reporting, and data content (graphs/charts, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience crafting stories from quantitative and qualitative data/insights
- Demonstrable experience working on both web and mobile apps
o Responsive design experience. This is not a mobile native website/app
- Solid information architecture and user flow skills
- Has worked closely with development teams and can effectively convey design requirements, perform UX quality assurance, etc.

- Experience designing information-intensive websites and reports (research summarizing survey results plus analysis of data sets and trends)
- Content design skills (will partner with a content designer)
