An Insight Global Fortune 10 client is looking for a Salesforce developer to join their scrum team. The Senior Salesforce Software Engineer will be joining an agile SCRUM team and contributing to the software design, software development, overall product lifecycle and support for a Salesforce Case Management system. Drive consistent standards, tools, and best practices across development, testing, performance engineering, and/or application/production support functions with the overall goal of improving application reliability. Work closely with business partners and technical staff to create technical solutions that meet business and technical requirements. Apply principles, theories, and concepts and use methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects related to moderately complex software. Provide leadership in the development and implementation of short- and long-term technology plans and related policies and procedures. Collaborate and pair with other product team members (UX, engineering, and product management) to create secure, reliable, scalable software solutions. Align Technical roadmaps and strategies to Product roadmaps. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a core player on the product team and are expected to build and grow the skillsets of the more junior Engineers.

Minimum 4 years of Salesforce platform development experience
o A focus on Service Cloud
Leads team on Service Cloud engagements, spanning the standard project lifecycle from strategy/visioning through implementation/post-implementation support with responsibilities across business and technical work streams.
Maps functional requirements to Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionality.
Mentors other team members in customer service processes and Salesforce.com Service Cloud technology.
Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite.
Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.).
Front-end development experience with Lightning Web Design System Component.
