Develop and update complex Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules using Microsoft Project.
Analyze Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) performance trends and recommend corrective actions.
Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) on IMS, including budgeting hours and material resources, and ensuring alignment with internal control budgets.
Apply PMP, PMBOK, and DoD best practices to assist Research Teams with meeting compliance and delivering sponsor-quality requirements.
Interact with sponsors to determine project requirements and needs.
