Job Description

· Perform audits of jurisdictional wage reporting and tax withholding to validate accuracy of W-2

· Provide guidance to payroll professionals to allow for accurate corrections to be made to payroll records.

· Review W-2 reports for accuracy and assist in the approval process

· Research cases assigned to the Tax & Compliance team to determine whether corrected W-2s are required.

· Collaborate with partners in establishing new processes and protocols for new legislation involving the need for employee and employer deductions.

· Coordinating reporting requests from internal departments

· Ensure SOP documentation is created and maintained for any processes utilized associated with year-end processes.

· Other duties as additional responsibilities are given to the department

Required Skills & Experience

· 2-4 years working experience related to employment tax processing and compliance

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of software
