A large public company in the oil and gas industry is looking to add a Financial Systems Manager to their team. This role will have high visibility to the C-suite and business leadership. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and will interact with the finance and IT teams across the US and oversee the company's financial systems and ensure the efficient implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Onestream.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership role in the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiencies.
- Manage and develop the Finacial systems, providing guidance, support and training to ensure effective use of financial software and tools including Microsoft Dynamics, OneStream & Blackline
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and address financial system requirements
- Develop and maintain financial reporting dashboards and analytics to support decision making processes
-Monitor systems' performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations
-Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial systems management and ERP solutions
- ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by maintaining robust financial systems, including ensuring financial systems are secure and sensitive financial information is protected.
- Travel 20%

- More than 5 years relevant combine corporate financial systems and accounting / finance experience
- Previous experience partnering with corporate finance departments implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365
-General ERP Implementation Experience
-Experience with OneStream or Hyperion and Blackline systems
-Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross functional teams
-Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting and a strong IT understanding of system dependancies for reporting
