Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire for a remote, part-time Customer Service Project Manager for a client. Our client is a fast-growing nonprofit organization that makes it easy for tennis clubs and fitness centers around the country to recycle their used balls. This individual will work 18-30 hours each week and will be provided their own equipment. The Project Manager's day to day includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing all incoming communications and responding to all inquiries within a 24-hour period during the business week, including emails, phone calls, and e-commerce sales platforms
-Handling basic social media communications and scheduling social media posts using automated tools
-Handling tasks as assigned ranging from copywriting and marketing to pulling reports, analyzing data, and product or program development
-Leading a set of projects and coordinating between departments to meet deadlines
-Tracking and managing your own projects to meet assigned deadlines, with projects assigned according to organizational need and your strengths
-Providing logistical support to the warehouse when needed and coordinating various business operations tasks as assigned
Provide a weekly update on projects and tracking customer service and key metrics
-Handling sales related to club recycling membership and bulk orders of upcycled tennis all products
-Assisting with other sales calls and coordinate larger organizational sales projects like corporate deals
Supporting marketing efforts, including social media, emails and newsletters, and website development
-Coordinating with different departments and follow up as needed to ensure effective project coordination

-Flexibility and willingness to take on varied tasks are essential in our nimble organization
-Strong computer literacy, cause marketing, and social media skills
-CRM experience
