Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our BPO services sales initiatives for our Business Process outsourcing unit focusing on the US market. These services are delivered from India. This is new business unit established 2 years ago in India and currently, has ~250 professionals serving 7 operating entities (group and 3rd party). The leader has to build the sales function, hence expected to be actively engaged, agile, drive frugal leadership and long-term thinking.
As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for independently driving sales in the mid-market industry group, with a specific focus on finance, accounting, HR services, operations, analytics and technology. Additionally, you will target key sectors such as aviation, staffing companies, securities, and facilities companies. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex sales processes. Extensive travel is a key component of this position.

Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for BPO services tailored to the mid-market industry group and specified sectors.
Drive the entire sales process independently, from lead generation to closing deals, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Market Penetration:
Identify and target potential clients within the finance, accounting, HR, operations, technology, aviation, staffing, securities, and facilities sectors.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique business needs and proposing tailored BPO solutions.
Relationship Building and Stakeholder Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Effectively manage and engage with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional collaboration with delivery and support teams.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless sales conversion delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Hands-On and Active Engagement:
Demonstrate hands-on involvement in the sales process, actively engaging with clients, understanding their pain points, and providing solutions.
Take a proactive approach to addressing challenges, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
Travel:
Engage in frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build a strong market presence.
Experience and Qualifications:
Experience: ~15 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling BPO services and solutions in the specified industries.
Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the mid-market industry group, aviation, staffing, securities, and facilities sectors.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead a sales function, fostering collaboration and achieving collective goals.
Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex BPO solutions to a diverse audience.
Relationship Building: Proven capability in building and maintaining strong client relationships and effectively managing stakeholders.
Hands-On Engagement: Demonstrated hands-on approach and active engagement in the sales process, ensuring a personalized and client-centric approach.
Travel: Willingness to travel extensively as required.


$200,000 -$250,000 + commission - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
