EMEA Payroll Manager

The Regional Payroll Manager is responsible for the payroll administration for all employees within his/her region. This manager oversees a team of payroll analysts, who ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

* Experience with Poland Payroll

* Can speak both English and Polish

* 5+ years' experience in payroll with at least 3 years in a people management role

* Strong knowledge of payroll and the laws and regulations within the countries of the EMEA region with a specific focus on Poland

* Impeccable leadership and communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Able to lead and develop a team across diverse cultural backgrounds

* Willing to start work early in accordance with EMEA time zone (5:00 am)

* Ability and desire to learn more - they don't necessarily have to have tons of management experience but we need the understanding attitude of flexibility and adaptability.

Experience with Baltic Payroll

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
