Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an IT Service Desk Specialist Tier 2 to work for a client in Peachtree Corners. This role will focus on second-level support, working closely with the Tier I team to prevent escalations and providing call queue coverage during peak times, while also handling project work outside those hours.
Hourly pay for this position is between 25-30/hr. and will be determined during the hiring manager during the interview process.
This is not a remote position - this is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days in office per week.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience with hybrid environments between local Exchange and Office 365 (O365).
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory (AD), including account management and troubleshooting.
Mailbox, Distribution Group (DG), and Security Group creation and management within AD and Exchange.
Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of issues in both Windows and macOS environments.
Familiarity with remote support tools and experience in deploying and configuring hardware and software.
Knowledge and experience on patch management by using scripts, LogMeIn, or Intune.
