A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Documentation Specialist to their Data Governance team. This person will be focused on the clarification and recording of instructions for various systems and processes throughout 4 internal Product Data teams. Day-today will consist of 50% work and coordination with team leaders to understand their daily procedures and ultimate goals. The remaining 50% of each day will be dedicating to the organization and writing of such steps into a digestible format that will be used as a reference guide for future team members. This person should have first-hand professional experience creating such internal communication. They should have excellent editing and proofreading skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with teams that they have no prior knowledge of. This is a communication heavy position. This person must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
Pay Rate: $30-$45 an hour depending on experience and skills

- Proven professional experience working to document management processes and systems
- Experience with internal instructional communication
- Understanding around IT in order to create digestible content to non-technical or new users
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of database management systems or Master Data Governance principles and systems (ex. SAP)
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel
