A large telecom organization is hiring for an Event Manager to join an Event Management Team.
This individual is expected to be availabe to work during a shift of Tuesdays Saturdays from 4:30 PM EST to 1 AM EST and work remotely.
The primary responsibility for this role is to be the front line recipient for the IT ecosystem for alerting and monitoring for networking, systems, software applications and other tools used by the organization. Many notifications will be received via email but may come through other forms of communication as well. The function of this role is to correlate alerts and share with the appropriate teams to help resolve the issue. This role may also involve getting an outage call going or incident management call started.
Compensation:
$25/hr to $35/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
