Agile Coach - REMOTE

Our client is seeking multiple Agile Coaches to join their team!



This opportunity is fully remote, however candidates must be comfortable working East Coast hours.



* The Agile Coach will report into the Product Management organization.

* Working with balanced teams consisting of UX, Engineering, and Product.

* Working with 1-3 balanced teams simultaneously for roughly 3 months.

* Assessing team's Agile maturity and identifying areas needing improvement.

* Building customized programs (coaching plans) that are tailored to each team-based results from the Agile Coaches assessment of their Agile maturity.

* Organizing workshops with team.

* Coach, instruct, collaborate and support team for roughly 3 months (duration of customized program).

* 5+ years of Agile Coaching experience

* Experience building customized programs (coaching plans) for teams on areas they can most improve***

* Jira (extensive knowledge)

* Jira Align (some knowledge required; in-depth knowledge preferred)

* Agile coaching for large enterprise companies

* Coaching balanced teams comprised of UX, Engineering, and Product

* Coaching leadership (Sr. Manager and Manager level)**

* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build and foster relationships
