Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. Youll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience. Upon conversion to a full time employee, you would be promoted to a Logistics Coordinator and would assume additional responsibilities.
Day to Day:
Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Location: 5 days on-site in Marietta. 9 AM - 5 PM Mon.-Fri.
Compensation: Pay Rate for this position is between 16/hr.-17/hr. dependent on years of experience and is determined by the hiring manager during the interview process.
Start Date: The week of August 5th

At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High school diploma or equivalent
1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or Logistics Coordinator within the Supply Chain industry.
