D2D:

Insight Global is currently seeking a Client Coordinator for one of their Financial Services partners in Atlanta, GA. This position will be focused on assisting their Tax Department with the onboarding/closing process of their clientele. Responsibilities will include communicating with clients, documentation coordination relative to the onboarding of these clients, updating within Salesforce (CRM), data entry, and overall ensuring that our partners clients have a seamless experience throughout the customer journey. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary, bonus structure, and benefits package. This position requires to work onsite 5x/week in Sandy Springs, GA with the ability to potentially work hybrid in the future. The targeted salary range is $60,000-65,000.

Required Skills & Experience

Must:
Four-year degree (BA or BS), preferably in Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience working within the Financial Services sector, preferably within a Tax/Accounting Department, focused on coordinating the onboarding/closing process of new clients (ie. coordinating documentation, communicating with clients, etc.)
Experience working with Salesforce
Strong data entry experience and proficient with technology
