Insight Global is looking for a remote Collections Specialist to join their client remotely for a 1-month project. This individual must sit in the East Coast and will be responsible for transitioning past-due accounts to collections. This person will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial health and supporting decision-making processes.
Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Outreach to customers with overdue accounts to collect payment or negotiate payment plans
* Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
* Provide regular updates and reports on the status of aging balances/accounts

* A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
* At least 2+ years of experience with transitioning overdue accounts to collections
* Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
* At least 2+ years of experience with billing or A/R
