Contractor will provide Customer Service services such as telephone contact and email contact. This will typically require a minimum of 6 months prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, typing skills of at least 25 wpm, computer literacy, articulate communication skills, clear speaking voice, ability to listen with patience and understanding, and the ability to provide excellent customer service on each and every call.
