Job Description

An Insight Global customer is looking for an onsite Desktop Support Associate to join their support team in the Marietta, Georgia area. This resource will be providing Desktop Support to over 300+ end-user in an environment that is 99% windows technologies. This resource will be responsible for a lot of AD creation, email licensing, and account setups. They will be answering tickets coming in and providing troubleshooting on software & hardware issues, printer support, and computer resets. Candidates must be willing to work on-site 3 days a week long term in the Marietta office and be willing to commit to 1 month of training, 5 days onsite.



The pay rate range available for this role is between $25 - $35/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years desktop support experience

Hands on support of desktops, laptops, docking stations, etc. (Lenovos and Dell with some Mac preferred)

Windows support experience

Strong experience with Active Directory

Experience creating groups/accounts/provisioning access

Experience troubleshooting VPN issues, Printers (preferably Ricoh), VoIP phones and conference peripherals (preferably Mytel)

Experience using a ticketing system (preferably ServiceNow) - to include handling escalated tickets from the ServiceDesk

Experience supporting application issues as well as experience with providing remote support (preferably Ghost)

Imaging experience, ability to create image from scratch highly preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Ability to draft documentation

Experience performing or creating a system for asset management

Creating documentation using confluence or a similar tool for documentation

Experience troubleshooting SAP application related issues or financial applications
