Job Description:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Communications Consultant to join their team. This position will be a part of the contact center that provides technical and general support to the company's franchisees and customers. They support point-of- sale software and hardware, restaurant Wi-Fi, financial software, labor scheduling applications, mobile ordering, the kitchen production system, and many other technologies the franchisees use. The Communication Consultant will be responsible for writing, editing, designing, and providing quality control for internal staff communications, e-mail campaigns, and SharePoint management.



As a Communications Consultant, we are looking for you to execute the strategic internal communication processes and platforms for the contact center. You will work closely with our Communications Lead and Team Lead to execute and maintain the channels and processes that govern how we communicate with Restaurant Team Members and Operators and internally with Customer and Restaurant Support Agents as well as other internal key stakeholders. This individual must be a quick learner with a versatile writing style, skilled at bringing the company and contact center's tone and voice to life across different channels.



Successful candidates must have strong written and oral communication, collaboration, and planning skills to coordinate and keep up with the pace of work across multiple teams. They will take input from various stakeholders, develop communications plans that meet the team's goal, and then create effective copy across channels. They must possess exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.



Job Responsibilities & Activities

Responsibilities include copywriting, editing, and designing staff communications, e-mail campaigns, and managing SharePoint with a focus on maintaining quality.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing, journalism, business or English major

* Minimum 3 years of experience

* Creative with a background in marketing or advertising

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

* Strong writing and editing skills -- must be able to explain the why, be concise and cohesive

* Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Nice to Have:

* InDesign experience

* Asana or Monday.com experience

* Knowledge of SharePoint site management

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Strong critical thinking skills and detail oriented
