Job Description
* Designing RF systems from a board to system level
* Developing, testing, and evaluating RF systems
* Performing RF modeling and simulation
* Interfacing with software and hardware team to carry out product design
* Conducting detailed design reviews with internal and/or external development teams * Solving complex problems while utilizing troubleshooting and debug skills
* Providing engineering support for prototype and production builds
* Identifying and designing efficient test methods when required.
90-140K salary range, based on level of experience and education. This will start as a 6 month contract paying 45-70/hour, depending on level of experience and education.

- Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or a related field
- 3 years experience developing and testing RF platforms and systems
- The candidate should be familiar with RF concepts such as channel modeling, RF propagation loss, phase matching, tuning RF designs
- Experience with MATLAB or other RF modeling and simulation tools
- Experience developing and testing RF platforms and systems including HF, VHF, UHF, SHF and EHF; 50 GHZ above preferred
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance upon hire
- PhD in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics or a related field
- 5 years practical experience in modeling and design with RF systems
- RF test and evaluation experience and a deep understanding of common tools such as VNA, RSA, SigGen, etc
- Relevant experience in applied research and development
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a dynamic team environment
- Active Secret Clearance
