Insight Global is looking for a Paralegal to join their Family Law client's team in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This person will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys and clients during family law cases.
This is a hybrid role.
Job Description:
- Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and investigate relevant statutes and regulations.
- Gather information to support attorneys in building strong cases.
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and pleadings.
- Ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and adherence to court rules.
- Communicate with clients, schedule appointments, and maintain case files. May also assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork.
- Organize case files, manage deadlines, and coordinate court appearances. May help attorneys prepare for hearings, trials, and negotiations.
- Draft correspondence, legal memoranda, and settlement agreements.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines, maintain client confidentiality, and avoid unauthorized practice of law.
