Job Description

* Provide excellent customer service to associates by triaging and troubleshooting incoming HR inquiries and taking the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the associate and the organization.

* Utilize established policies, procedures and practices to solve issues or route and/or escalate specialized queries to the appropriate team member to get resolution

* Process and approve HR system transactions

* Own specific HR practice, including process development, execution of process, tracking, reporting and vendor management, and cross-train and execute on other HR practices managed by the HR Solutions team. HR practices include, but are not limited to, drug and background process, opening and closing requisitions, unemployment administration, poster compliance, and E-Verify

* Ensure policies and procedures are being administered to company standard

* Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of HR files and records

* Other duties as assigned

* Working Conditions (travel & environment): This position is hourly, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week

Required Skills & Experience

* 1+ years of experience as an HR generalist in a corporate environment, touching onboarding, payroll, and benefits

* Experience fielding various HR related inquiries from internal employees

* Timekeeping system experience (ADP, Workday, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with Workday or Kronos

* Performance management and recruiting process experience

* Ticketing system experience
