Job Description

Day to Day:

An OBGYN office in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join their team. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for working closely with patients to schedule appointments, check in & check out patients, verify insurance, document in Athena, help collect outstanding patient balances, taking and routing messages for CMA's/Physicians, and perform other administrative duties. The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and stable job history.



Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30-5:30, Fridays 8:30-3

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* Athena EMR Experience

* At least 3-5 years of medical front office experience

o Outpatient setting

* High School or GED

* Experience handling insurance verifications
