* Create and maintain detailed project plans and reports, according to SDLC process, that communicate tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocations
* Serve as a client contact for direct communication with the participants, client, and internal teams
* Review and monitor project financials, track project expenses, trigger timely invoice requests.
* Participate and help organize client meetings (drive prep, agenda, notes)
* Work with technical architect and developers to set up JIRA/ADO board and sprint plans
* Work with design team to define functional requirements
* Write user stories to be managed in JIRA and/or ADO (development management tool)
* Act as Agile Product Owner by leading Agile SCRUM ceremonies, including but not limited to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint retrospectives
This person would act as PM/BA on 2 separate accounts each with a different project. One project is ongoing maintenance to an existing React Website (no CMS). Second project is definition, design and development of mobile app and web app.
Rate: $50.00-65.00 and hour

3+ years of SDLC PM experience (Mobile and Website Development projects)
Experience with JIRA and/or ADO
Wearing multiple hats and stepping in as a Product Owner and Business Analyst when needed
Digital or Marketing Agency Experience
