The Invoice and Media Coordinator serves a critical function on the Brand Strategy, Advertising, and Media team (BAM), primarily with Media Investment. The focus of the role is the coding and processing of invoices, including setting up vendors in our AP system, and resolving billing issues as they arise. The coordinator helps facilitate the timely payment of all National and Market level media invoicing and all ancillary functions necessary to approve payment. Accuracy, timeliness, and speed are critical to success in the role. The role also includes ad hoc media execution, operations, and administrative projects. The Coordinator must be comfortable engaging virtually on a regular basis with our media agency and vendors to ensure processes are flowing smoothly and deadlines are met. The role is 100% remote

* 4+ years of experience in a Media Associate, Account Management, Accounting, or Project Management role
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Manages deadlines and quickly adapts and re-prioritizes to deliver results
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction
* High attention to detail (e.g. data, numbers, grammar)
* Maintains highest level of confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
