Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Workday analyst to take escalated issues from the helpdesk and resolve those issues. This is a entry level role where you will be able to grow your workday skills. Must be eager to learn about the workday technology and grow your HR skills in this area.



Compensation:

$20/hr to $24/hr.



Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.



Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

* Experience loading EIBs for mass processing in workday

* Experience with HCM, configuration and troubleshooting

* Customer service focused (this will be customer facing)
