Remote Telecom Project Manager

On behalf of our large, enterprise level customer, we are seeking a Project Manager in telecom with AVPN and ADI services for the end client: State of CA. The contract is a massive, highly customizable client contract that requires the management and tracking and in some cases, the incidents for support requesting orders, working with order teams directly to setup the process with them and more for thousands upon thousands of orders. Therefore it is essential for this candidate to have previous AT&T experience to understand how to navigate the systems, understand the products including AVPN and ADI as well as all the associated requirements for order, processing, and billing. Essentials skills are managing a large volume of products and tracking with Advanced Excel skills.



Other job details:

- Fast paced so not enough time to follow the standard order process, so it's being able to ask questions and reach out for learning processes. - Spreadsheet for 1,000 circuits, take the request, initiate and get requests back

- Confirm, Track, Post complete back to the Program Lead (Shari)

- Complex services, circuit and a port, coordinate and all have billing tied to them

- Access a myriad of AT&T systems (no instruction document)

- Extremely organized, manage large data sets across Excel, spreadsheets and multiple data sets

- If you misalign, take customer out of service and mess up thousands upon thousands of users

- EVERY state agency in the whole state of California

- Not doing test and turnup but all active working service so it takes system changes for that to happen

- Backend system work for orders and moves

- Circuit, port and router moves together

- Experience with AT&T's AVPN and ADI products

- Ability to utilize and understand GPS system (global provisioning system), an inventory tool for managed services utilized for routers and drives into billing

- Predominately managing a client network, in order to do that, supply a router to the client on prem, supply AT&T owned and managed router, monitoring it with a telephone line, for blips/hiccups/etc

- Utilize EFMS for tracking orders

- POCITS (circuits are provisioned): Orders go into this system and system drives billing

- Excel is important but other applications even more important, sort spreadsheets, filter and maintain data
