Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Specialist (Spanish) to assist with the business operations of a leading construction materials supplier in the USA. The candidate is responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting PCs and printers, troubleshooting data network and VOIP communication issues, tracking break/fix information in a centralized ticket system. The position will require the candidate to be on-site 5 days per week.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

o Experience providing technical support in Spanish.

- 3+ years of experience with IMACs: hardware rollouts, refreshes, deployments.

- Proficient with Windows 10/11 and Mac devices.

- Strong skillset resolving technical issues with hardware, software, and networks for end-users.

- 3+ years of break-fix experience

- Understands network cabling, testing, patch panels.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working with Dell, Lenovo, HP.

- Experience with ServiceNow for ticket management.

- A+ certification and/or any applicable Cisco or Microsoft certifications.
