A client of Insight Global is seeking a motivated, sales oriented, and eager Development coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with a customer first mind set, and isn't afraid to cold call. Success requires the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively across a wide range of clients, and execute with a high level of precision. Broken down the Development Coordinator's role will consist of:
70% - Admin Work & Portfolio Management:
Admin work:
Gathering all requirements necessary for contract amendments, transfers, or additions then providing it to the legal team to process transfers.
Help answer calls from potential franchisee owners addressing contract statuses.
Assist the Transfer Manager with closings
Analyze and confirm accuracy with franchise sales on period, quarter, and year-end reporting for Budget, forecast & actuals.
Prepares, coordinates, and distributes all communications relative to franchise sales lead generation activities, metric tracking, and reporting against established lead generation goals and providing lead metric reports to the team weekly. Create queries, databases, and reports in Fran connect and confirm accurate feeds to GDD weekly or as requested by senior managemen
25% - Sales
Cold Calling on leads
Manage pipeline of interested prospects
Application collection, scheduling meetings, tracking and monitoring all deals through the sales pipeline, then turning over to Market Development Directors as a warm lead.
Prepares, coordinates, and distributes all communications relative to franchise sales lead generation activities, metric tracking, and reporting against established lead generation goals and providing lead metric reports to the team weekly.
5% - Travel
Will travel 5-6x a year, 2-4 days at a time, to go to company trade shows or events
Assists in coordinating franchise sales events, e.g., Trade Shows, Discovery Day, and Webinars. The coordinator is available for some limited domestic travel, when necessary, to facilitate and assist at these events.
