Job Description

26 beds for sub-acute care residents who no longer require intense hospital care, two therapy gyms, an Activities for Daily Living (ADL) suite, a fine dining area, and a separate floor dedicated to short-term rehabilitation. The unit also provides residents with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, IV therapy, and trach and wound care.

Required Skills & Experience

* HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE!

* GA based CNA license.

* COVID Vaccinated.

* Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider Card required.

* 2+ years of long-term care / rehab experience.

* No requested time off for first 13 weeks, can swap days with other CNAs.
