Job Description

Insight Global's client is looking for a Director of HR to join their team in Sandy Springs, GA. The HR Director will be responsible for the overall direction and execution of the Enterprise Human Resource and Business Partner function. He/she will act in an advisory capacity to the leadership team along wit the Global HR groups within the Enterprise functions. This is a leadership position so someone with exceptional written and verbal skills is a must!

Required Skills & Experience

* 10 years in a HR management/HRBP position. Ideally, in a manufacturing organization but not required.

o 5+ years of experience leading HR Teams. This role will have ~2-4 direct reports.

* 3+ years of direct M&A experience

* Strong skills and knowledge of the principles, laws and regulations related to the management of human resources (city, state, and federal employment laws)

* Prior experience managing multiple functions along with direct reports.

* Strong change management skills, ability to manage internal/external teams, strong project management/planning skills.

* PHR/SPHR Certification.

* BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Master's degree in human resources management
