A client of Insight Global is seeking a iQuote Training and Support Specialist that will work as part of a team responsible for developing and delivering training content that satisfies the learning needs of the iQuote team and all business partners across the global network, and the continued support through and post the implementation process to successful go live and adoption.

- 5+ years of experience in a training and software implementation position
- Experience utilizing iQuote or similar technologies (ePS technology as well)
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- A working knowledge of systems and processes of converting plants
