Provide support and analytics that uncover insights that drive decision-making on chick-fil-a.com and other branded web properties.
* Serve as a project manager for web analytics such as facilitating communication between project owner and external partner for tagging / execution.
* Maintain processes such as UTMs, measurement plans, and A/B testing.
* Perform basic web analysis and dashboards using Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and Microsoft Excel.
* Maintain user provisioning process for technologies such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
* Share insights and recommendations with primary stakeholders such as Brand/Media and Digital Experience teams.
The Digital Web Analyst role will serve on the Customer & Market Insights team. The analyst will play a key role in analytics for chick-fil-a.com and other branded web properties. The analyst is responsible for facilitating event tracking for web related projects such as new pages or redesigns. The analyst also helps implement and oversee the user access process for relevant technologies. The analyst is responsible for updating dashboards and performing basic analysis as requested by stakeholders. The analyst provides project support by acting as a liaison between CFA stakeholders and external partners.

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field
* 2 years of experience and expertise with digital analytics
* Strong communication skills and history of working independently and as a member of cross-functional teams
* Ability to manage multiple project analysis timelines
* Ability to prioritize projects and updates
* Ability to learn new systems and analytical platforms
