Data Engineer/Architect who can provide leadership on a digital data transformation platform. The employee will have responsibility for designing and implementing data architecture solutions that support business objectives. The employee will be responsible for developing and maintaining data models, data integration strategies, and data management policies. The employee will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and secure
Design, Develop, improve, and maintain a Master Data Map and implementation plans for MDM organization.
Consult on and/or develop change management documentation and workflows related to data storage, migration, or alteration.
Maintain database security, integrity, reliability, and availability, monitor performance and capacity requirements.
Develop and implement standards for data structure to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
Collaborate with Corporate I.T. and business unit representatives for providing systemwide support of educational applications with data import/export, syncing, processing, analyzing, and reporting.
Ensure the control of data content is precise and unambiguous and the use of data is consistent and transparent.
Develop and recommend data architecture components in support of data catalogs, data governance, data pipelines and storage.
Support structured data, including database and file-based data management strategies, to enable effective application of retention policies and reduce sprawl of data.
Work closely with data stewards, data analysts, and other teams to ensure data models support current and future data management needs.
