One of Insight Global's top customers is searching for a Technical Support Specialist to join their team in their Atlanta office. The Technical Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the clients' needs on all information technology issues. They will work closely with the local office management, attorneys, lawyers, and executives to provide hands-on service to ultimately resolve any of their technical problems.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
