Job Description

Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information in UKG.



Trains and assists employees on procedures, methods, materials and tools used for time management.



Production Support: Provide support for all HR Systems (primarily focusing on UKG Time & Attendance), including researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; partnering closely with the payroll and technical teams; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Understand both the strategic and functional intentions for the HRIS solutions.



Partners directly with Payroll to support and collaborate with team members to resolve payroll variances, provide reporting support, and deliver quality results to employees.



Data Integrity: Evaluate data within the systems to ensure consistency, accuracy, security, and data integrity. Engage with stakeholders to prioritize and act on resolving data integrity issues and opportunities for continuous improvements and standardization for supported applications.



Monitor daily integrations between SuccessFactors EC, UKG Kronos and ECP.



Follows SOX guidelines and Governance Controls.



Use project management skills in managing projects.



Complete thorough testing of system changes in preview/test (if applicable) and production environments.



Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities.



Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from the established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.



Compares data from different sources to draw conclusions.



Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions.



Takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.



Assists with special projects as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ year in HRIS and/or Payroll



Proven work managing 5,000 employee timesheets on a weekly or bi-weekly cadence in the last 5 years



2+ years experience with timekeeping, payroll, and HRIS systems including implementation and maintenance



2+ years Experience in UKG Kronos or SuccessFactors,



Experience developing process maps, and gathering business requirements, with a strong emphasis on application testing. Adheres to formal change management policies.



Demonstrated ability to work independently as lead on projects and efforts for multiple client areas.



Self-motivated, takes initiative, is proactive, and habitually removes obstacles for success.



Proven experience troubleshooting HR system issues, including employee replication.



Ability to provide second and third-level support for inquiries submitted to HRIS; utilize Service Now for documenting and tracking work requests
