We are looking for a Software Engineer who can work with various APIs to integrate our workforce management solution with other systems - UKG Dimensions, formerly known as Kronos Workforce Dimensions, specifically. You will be responsible for leading and investigating the API layer, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain API integrations using RESTful, SOAP, or GraphQL protocols
Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand the business needs and requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve any API issues or errors
Document and communicate the API specifications and best practices
Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the API domain

3+ years of experience in API development and integration
Solid understanding of workforce dimensions API and its features
Proficient in one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Golang, or Python
Familiarity with API tools and frameworks such as Postman, Swagger, or GraphQL
Experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
