Insight Global's client is a large equipment manufacturing company who are looking to hire a Billing/Inventory and Logistics Specialist. This role will support several divisions and business lines in supporting company sales by creating Purchase Orders, placing orders with their overseas teams, tracking items, invoicing clients, and working cross functionally with other teams and business units. This role requires someone very detailed oriented in order to ensure invoicing of the correct machines, customers, amounts, etc, as well as reading business documents and interpreting forms of sale, following customs' rules, and so forth.

- 3-5 years of experience as a Billing or AP Specialist
- At least an Associate's degree level (NON-accounting or finance preferred)
- Interested in inventory and logistics
- IT savvy (Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills, strong ability to multitask and build rapport with other teams
- Comfortable coming onsite 1-2 a week in Smyrna, GA
- Experience in inventory and logistics or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using SAP
