- This project will be supporting Email Support Chain and Chat Support Function
- No Inbound or Outbound calls are required for this position
- Equipment will be provided
- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience (specifically supporting any kind of Email or Chat support function)
- Attention to detail
- Results driven personality
- Top level professionalism
- Starting with a back log of customer service requests
- Consultants will be required to respond to AT LEAST 70 inquiries on a DAILY basis
