The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our grant management system, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Job Summary:
1. System Implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Grant Management System, ensuring that it meets the organization's specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to customize and configure the system according to best practices.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, end-users, and executive stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and milestones.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns and seeking feedback to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Implement robust quality assurance processes to guarantee the accuracy, reliability, and security of grant-related data.
- Conduct testing and validation procedures to ensure the system meets established standards.
4. Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure optimal utilization of the Grant Management System.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues and optimizing system performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the successful implementation of IT projects
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of System Development Life Cycle and Agile methodology
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Skilled with using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Visio and devOps
- Ability to communicate to management, business, and technical personnel as well as resolve conflicts.
- Experienced with the implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics projects.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Current PMP Certification.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with grant management implementation processes, policies, and compliance requirements. (Preferred).
