An Insight Global client is looking for a ServiceNow Admin/Developer to join their Platform team of 3. They are working with ServiceNow's ITSM, CSM, SPM, and ITOM suites. We are looking for someone who has strong experience developing on the platform and also have touched on service mapping and event management. Your primary focus will be on daily sprint work while the manager will help oversee break/fix, incidents, and deployments. However, this team is very collaborative and fluid moving so they need someone who will be able to speak up, ask questions openly, communicate with stakeholders and business leaders, and be a team player in the development work.
