Job Description
Responsibilities include: Writing, editing, designing, and providing quality control for staff communications, e-mail
campaigns, and SharePoint management.
* Intranet Management
o Ability to build, update, and maintain SharePoint pages.
* Project Management
o Strong organizational skills to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously.
o Familiarity with project management tool (Monday.com) or similar track tasks.
o Organizing project meetings and determining project requirements.
o Documenting and distributing project notes to all project team members.
o Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the project team members.
* Communication Platform Management
o Experience with internal communication platforms such as Slack, Teams, SharePoint, and MailChimp.
* Provide writing and editing support for communication projects
o Create content for Support Now newsletter
Develop compelling narratives about Customer and Restaurant Support work that informs and inspires
various audiences.
o Create content for emails, intranet articles, design projects, presentation decks, etc.
o Assist staff with ad-hoc communications as needed
* Data Analytics
o Advanced understanding of analytics tools (such as Power BI) to measure the effectiveness of internal
communications.
o Ability to build dashboards in Power BI or a similar platform.

As a communications Consultant, you will execute the strategic internal communication processes and platforms for Support.
Now. You will work closely with our Communications Lead and Team Lead to execute and maintain the channels and
processes that govern how we communicate with Restaurant Team Members and Operators and internally with Customer
and Restaurant Support Agents and other internal key stakeholders.
