Job Description
-Work closely with the Manager of Workplace Technologies to support Commercial Interior Construction (CIC) in the metro Atlanta area.
-Work with subcontractors to track schedules, payments, and materials
-Work with the sales team to be a "middleman" between the field and sales organizations
-Work directly with the customer during execution; Communicate timely and professionally via email, phone, or text
-Work with technical resources such as technicians, programmers, and engineers
-Work closely with the Service Department to convert projects from construction to "Day 2" support
-Work with the engineering department to obtain, submit, and revise engineering documents as needed.
-Support the Manager of Workplace Technology and be proficient in problem solving, customer service, crisis management, expectation setting, supply chain management.
-Attend weekly jobsite meetings onsite
-Help managers submit pay applications and invoicing
-Visit job sites frequently to document progress, meet with field staff, and material handling
Required Skills & Experience
-Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Bluebeam (PDF software), and other generally accepted applications in the construction business
-Must be comfortable on construction sites
-Little to no travel outside of the metro Atlanta area
-Must have reliable transportation which can accommodate several small to medium sized boxes
-No low voltage experience required
-4 yr. college degree
-Must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and work well under pressure and deadlines

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management
