Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced, full-cycle IT and Executive Recruiter to join a private family consulting firm sitting remote based out of Austin, TX.



At our firm, we're looking for an in-house senior recruiter who has a wealth of experience in the executive recruiting and technology sectors. In this challenging, fast-moving, candidate-driven market, the ideal recruiter will be highly motivated and tenacious and must possess a technical (engineering) degree or has graduated from a coding bootcamp.



We're seeking someone who will turn around results quickly, is willing to learn and remain up to date on the technological developments that influence our hiring needs. This exciting opportunity will enable the right person to take their career to a new level and maximize their growth potential. We will be specifically recruiting on behalf of three technology companies, specializing in their engineering and senior leadership roles.



The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude who can execute and make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities in relation to available time and work remotely on projects with a significant degree of independent discretion and autonomy.



This dynamic role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Experience

- BS or higher in engineering OR must have graduated from a software/engineering technical bootcamp

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup environment

- Ability to interview engineers on a technical level, to determine their level of skill, as well as understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

- Client Management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates

- Strong analytical skills to utilize data in your hiring process with strength in negotiation and closing skills

- Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector

- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (ex: Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)

- Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidates

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
