Our client is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer to help them with the day-to-day management of their virtual environment. They are a Windows environment and this person will be supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the infrastructure. Candidate would work through the ticket que on VMWare based login questions, helping with updates and escalations. Providing reports on SCCM to support project success. On a weekly basis this individual would be doing a minimum 15-20 tickets a week! This team helps less with day to day but more of the application and software support
