Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a professional and reliable candidate to serve as a receptionist for a client in Marietta, GA. This person will be the face of the company and be onsite at the office 5 days a week, Monday Friday 8-5 greeting customers and handling general office organizational duties. The role will be responsible performing basic reception as well as basic data entry for the billing team performing duties such as:
Maintain the front desk
Answer multiple phones lines
Filing packets for the billing office (minimum once/week), stuffing invoices, making manuals
Notifying leadership of when to order various supplies as they run low
Basic data entry in an excel log

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years experience in multi-line phone systems
2+ years receptionist experience
Basic computer skills - outlook, office, basics of excel, etc
Positive & polished professional demeanor
RELIABLE

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Bilingual
