An Insight Global client is looking for a Customer Service/Collections Representative to join their team in the Atlanta area. This position will be in the office 5 days a week. We are looking for someone with strong professional aptitude as this will be the first interaction customers have. This role will be responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from clients, assisting with the needs, and getting them connected to the right department for assistance.
Responsibilities include:
* Answering inbound calls and emails from customers
* Assisting with scheduling
* Collections: Following up on past due invoices
* Assisting with badging and license certification for employees
* Creating POs and following up with customers for on time payment
* Reviewing and finalizing documentation
* Entering field reports into PZ profit for generation of Pos
* Previous experience in a receptionist, collections, or administrative role
* Strong written and verbal communication -- will be responding to inbound customer requests
* Experience with the Microsoft suite of products specifically excel and MS word
* Excel: creating forms and data entry
* Professionalism -- this will be the first person clients interact with
* Proven reliability through career longevity
* Strong time management skills
