Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Tableau Analyst to support one of the largest healthcare systems in Georgia. This candidate will serve as a liaison between the BI and Operations team to build Tableau reports. They will be responsible for the research and understanding of all Patient Connection Center workflows to facilitate effective report writing, analysis and coordination of operational improvement efforts. This includes, initiating, executing, and managing Patient Connection Center initiatives, research, and related projects, data analysis, development and testing of reports, scorecards, and dashboards. The Tableau Analyst may also provision Patient Connection Center tools and third-party software systems including maintenance of Web and SharePoint content.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1 year of progressively responsible analytics, reporting, project management or process improvement experience.
- 3 years of Tableau Analyst experience

- 6 years of Tableau Analyst experience
- Previous experience with Exasol & Exasol EDIT technology
o Exasol is a data management tool used for analytics.
- Salesforce (Health and Marketing Cloud)
- Experience using Cisco Contact Center (UCCE)
