Job Description

A client in the Atlanta area is seeking an Associate Software Developer to join their team. The Associate Developer will join 1 of 6 Kanban/Scrum teams and support various software development projects. The Associate Software Developer works in the Software Development group to design, code, test, document, and ultimately deliver high performing solutions to technical problems in and Agile environment. The Associate Software Developer is expected to work with the team, the business, and partners to achieve goals and meet deadlines..

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor Degree or Certification in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems or equivalent experience/formal training in object oriented programming languages for Microsoft systems

Typically 2+ years related work experience and/or formal training

Exposure to .NET, C#, Visual Basic, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, ASP, and ASP.NET

Moderate project management experience

Proficient knowledge of software development practice, concepts, technology obtained through formal training and work experience

Moderate knowledge of computers and peripherals

Comfortable with development interfaces and tools

Utilizes current server and workstation configuration availability to provide structured applications during development and delivery.

Willingness to work up to 50% of the time using proprietary scripting tools

A solid work ethic and a strong history of employment are a must

Solid communication skills both verbal and written

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with other technologies

Experience in an agile scrum environment

Experience with Angular is a plus
