Seeking experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Systems Engineer to join the team alongside 2 other system engineers who will assist in managing our fleet of Android and iPadOS devices using Workspace One UEM and other MDM platforms. The engineer will be prompt with 3 types of tasks within this role. They are working with stakeholders who are deploying an app and help them get uploaded into Workspace One, configure the settings, and help them understand how its assigned to different restaurants. Tasks for new hardware making sure it functions on the right operating system. Finally, work with deployment partners to set up procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Configure and deploy profiles, apps, scripts, and software updates to Android and iPadOS devices using the Workspace One platform
- Build, update, and support automated enrollment workflows for Android and iPadOS devices
- Ensure mobile devices are configured and managed in compliance with established security policies.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting support for mobile device-related issues. Collaborate with IT support teams to identify and resolve technical challenges in the deployment and management of Android and iPadOS devices.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess great technical & troubleshooting skills. They must be good at working collaboratively as they will be working cross functionally with stakeholders, project teams, and cyber security teams.
- 4+ yrs experience deploying Android and iPadOS devices at enterprise scale
- 3+ yrs experience utilizing MDM platforms (Workspace One, InTune, Ivanti, Jamf)
- Understanding of MDM concepts for Android and iPadOS
-Bachelor's degree (Engineering/ IT background)
