Contracts Specialist

Responsibilities:

* Loan Application Compliance -- Analyze critical variables against internal rules and regulations. Review loan documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.

* Quality Checker - Determines validity of incoming contracts to be purchased, ensuring all paperwork is submitted and completed properly

* Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, payments received, payment due dates, etc.

* Balance and distribute Purchase logs to Branch Personnel

* Support other job functions within the Originations/Credit Department

* Provide direct support to Supervisor and Manager

* Day/Evening Saturday shifts availability, if required

* Communication skills and speaking with customers on the phone

* Integrates with several other systems such as DocStar Eclipse CRM, document production, and LoanPro software systems

* ServiceNow ticket processing

Required

- High School/GED or higher.

- 2-3 years of Data entry experience: specifically with contracts

- Experience reading through contracts to verify: monthly payments, interest rates, names are correct, etc.

- Experience providing quality customer service

- Detail Oriented

- Multi-tasker and has the ability to do data entry in a fast paced environment

- Experience with Windows operating system and software

Preferred:

- 3 years: preferably in loan Originations

- Experience working in Eclipse, LoanProNow, ServiceNow, or DocStar
